Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed and fulfilled by our printing partner, Printify.

  • Processing time typically takes 2-7 business days before shipment.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination.

  • We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays due to carrier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an address error is identified after placing an order, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If you experience a lost package, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
